DRIVING?
Getting to Seward is an experience in and of
itself. The Seward Highway National Scenic Byway and
All-American Road starts here, and the drive from Anchorage is
sure to be a highlight of your trip. For specific

The Kenai Peninsula Wildlife Viewing trail

CRUISING?
Many seasonal visitors arrive in
Seward on a cruise ship and plan to spend a day or two in the
Seward area before moving on. This web site will give you
an idea of all there is to experience and enjoy in the area.
When you arrive, our friendly staff will meet you at the cruise
ship terminal and help you find your way to your next adventure.
Depending on your travel plans, a variety of Chamber members are
available to get you to your next destination.
BY RAIL?
The Alaska Railroad offers a
one-of-a-kind trip to Seward. Relax on your journey and
feel well-rested and ready for adventure once you arrive.
The train docks in walking distance from the Seward small boat
harbor, and if you have reservations before you arrive, many
local businesses will meet you at the station for true
door-to-door service.
